Research

At The Joshi Voice Lab, we are committed to advancing the field of voice disorders research. Our team, led by Dr. Ashwini Joshi, is dedicated to developing low-cost, valid, diagnostic tools and evidence-based post-surgical rehabilitation techniques for benign vocal fold lesions. This research is currently funded by the National Institute on Deafness and other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) at the National Institute of Health (NIH).  We believe that our research has the potential to significantly improve the quality of life for individuals with voice disorders.
